Portfolio and custom homes offer the unique ability to de-construct, or recycle, a home.  Rather than demolish an older structure and take the refuse to the dump, why not take it apart and donate the parts for somone else who might make use of the components?  By our estimate, one can recycle almost 85% of an existing home.  Many of our clients have also taken advantage of tax deductions through this process. We can even coordinate training with your local fire department as seen in the photos.
