What is Quality and how does it apply to home building?

There is so much to say about quality – what it really means and the ways it can be defined.  We try to base our decisions and efforts on quality and the standards we have established.  In the coming months and years, we will continue to hone in on the higher standards that make Natelli Homes a quality building services contractor.

To a customer, quality might mean that the paint and trim look good or the kitchen has name brand cabinets and appliances. Although those indicators may be impressive to a consumer, they are not necessarily signs of high quality. Quality construction has to start from the first day of a project.  Quality starts with a known process, established standards, trained and experienced employees and open communication.  Natelli Homes has established a standard by which all projects, from a small bathroom renovation to a multi-million dollar new home, should be constructed.

No matter the scale, size, cost or complexity we will always apply our highest standards to a project from start to finish.  To the team of professionals at Natelli Homes, quality means precise documentation, properly executed sub-contract agreements, a known and open process for our clients and physical construction performed in a timely and accurate manner.  There is far more than meets the eye in providing quality and we think we are off to a good start!
